Telah memproduksi lebih dari 200 produk dengan berbagai bentuk dan ukuran untuk berbagai industri, baik itu elektronik, otomotif, peralatan listrik, produk rumah tangga, peralatan berkebun, dan masih banyak lagi.

UMK Tahun 2022 adalah 4.180RB dan tahun 2021 di seluruh kabupaten kota se-Provinsi Kepri tahun 2021 sebagai berikut:
Pertama UMK Batam ditetapkan melalui Keputusan Gubernur No. 1362 Tahun 2020 Tanggal 20 November 2020, sebesar Rp. 4.150.930 dan info yang beredar saat ini bahwasanya UMK 2022 hanya naik 30 Rb saja, karena itu ribuan buruh melakukan unjuk rasa atau demo agar umk di revisi menjadi lebih baik lagi, supaya UMK Batam di naikkan karena tahun sebelumnya UMK Batam hanya mengalami kenaikan seidkit, Maka unjuk rasa oun dilakukan
Leader Berkisaran 6-8 jutaan
Supervisor Berkisaran 8-12 jutaan
Accouting Berkisaran 6 jutaan
Officer Berkisaran 5-6 jutaan
HRD ( Human Resources Departement ) Berkisaran 10-20 Juta

Lowongan Kerja PT. Triplus Hitech Batam
Posisi: 1. Process Engineer, 2. QC Supervisor, 3. Store Supervisor, 4. Production Coordinator, 5. Molding Technician/Set Up Man, 6. Tooling Technician, 7. QC Clerk • Minimum Diploma and above (1,2,3,4) • Minimum Senior High School (5,6,7).
A Foreign Plastic Injection Molding and Assembly (Electronic) manufacturer in Batam requires:
QC/QA Supervisor
• S1 Degree or Diploma with technical/engineering background
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in QA/QC , ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and IATF.
• Able to handle customer complaints.
• Proficient in English ,Strong computer knowledge, Good interpersonal skills, pro-active, hardworking, initiative and enthusiasm.
• Highly initiative and effective in teamwork as well as able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Molding Supervisor
• Minimum Senior High School
• Familiar with Plastic Injection Machine Parameter settings, product defects and trouble shooting.
• 2 years experiences as Molding Supervisor in Plastic Injection Molding
Molding Technician/Set Up Man
• Minimum Senior High School
• Familiar with Plastic Injection Molding Machine and equipment set up
• 2 years experiences as Technician/Set Up Man in Plastic Injection Molding
• Can work with the shift system
Maintenance
• Minimum Senior High School
• Understand the process of maintenance and replacement of mold
• 2 years experiences as Maintenance in Plastic Injection Molding
• Can work with the shift system
Tooling Technician
• Minimum Senior High School
• Familiar with CNC Milling, EDM and Mold repairs .
• 2 years experiences as Tooling Technician in Plastic Injection Molding
• Can work with the shift system.
Leader Production
• Minimum Senior High School
• Familiar with Molding work instruction and good leadership in team
• 2 years experiences as Production Leader in Plastic Injection Molding
QC Inspector
• Minimum Senior High School
• Familiar with QC Equipment, Perform IP QC Dimension, appearance and Inspector Job.
• Can Read Drawing
• 2 years experiences as QC Inspector in Plastic Injection Molding
